This was the first CD compilation of Replacements material issued, and included one disc of highlights from their four album run on a major label from 1985 to 1990, and a second disc of rare and previously unreleased tracks (actually seven previously released rarities and eleven previously unreleased tracks) including one track ("I Don't Know") which was the hidden 18th track. No tracks from their time at Twin/Tone records (1981-84) are included in the compilation.
